So, I suppose I haven't quite gotten used to blogging, and I must keep at it in order to not only help out my followers, but to help me out personally. In order to do this I must announce ground rules that I can keep to myself in order to properly document this blog.
Rule #1: Post twice a week. Once on Wednesday, and once on Saturday. Those days are rather light for me, so I should have no excuse for NOT blogging.
Rule #2: In order to better understand myself, I have decided to talk about subjects that relate to me on a personal level, such as family, friends, hobbies, and my daily thought process. I am doing this because I need a way to express myself, as I am a closeted nutcase and need to find a proper stress release.
Rule #3: I will continue to expand and grow this blog into a more worthy blog full of unique stories, funny pictures, and videos to not only entertain, but to inform and relate to my audience, despite it being only my classmates for now.
Rule #4: Have fun with this blog. It may be a new thing, but with new things come vast potential.
Perhaps keeping this blog will help me get my act together in order to better understand myself and find out what it is that makes me, me. It never is easy, but doing anything requires hard work.
Cheers!
Cameron.
Oh now I'm all nostalgic for The Emperor's New Groove.
ReplyDeleteWriting has always helped me to better understand myself. I sometimes don't even know what I'm thinking or feeling until I write it down. I can definitely relate to the desire to find yourself/understand yourself through writing. Hopefully this blog helps with that :)
I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! A fine choice, and a fine set of rules.
ReplyDeleteWriting also allows me to know myself better. I think that's why we're in the Creative Writing major, is it not? This is a good set of rules that I think have potential for a great blog! Keep it up!
ReplyDeletedude, blogging is so hard! i like the revamp on yours, it looks good. i'm also struggling with the blogging process. also i love "the emperor's new groove."
